A. The sooner you can start looking the better. It will give you a chance to see what is available in your estimated price range so when you are ready to buy you will already have an idea of what you can expect to find.
Q. What is included in the warranty that is provided with new construction?
A. A builder of any new Real Estate in Vancouver must provide a 2-5-10 warranty. This includes – 2 years of labour & materials, 5 years water penetration, & 10 years structure.
